Your anonymity will be always be respected.

If speaking personally to an Al-Anon volunteer, you will not be asked for your name, phone number or address.

If your call goes to a message service or voice mail system you might be asked to leave your name, a phone
number and your address. This information will be used to allow an Al-Anon volunteer to return your call and help you find a meeting, or to mail a schedule of meetings to you.

Al-Anon volunteers never mention alcoholism, Al-Anon or Alateen on the outside of mailing envelopes or 
in a phone message left for you.
